Baby Bubble Pocket Shorts

Baby Bubble Pocket Shorts

I made more Bubble Pocket Shorts!

Are you seeing these everywhere? So cute. Heidi from E&E designs the best stuff.

The roomy pockets are elasticized and perfect to hold all sorts of little treasures.

I have discovered the trick to photographing babies. You distract them with shiny jewelry! Sofie loves my necklaces, & I’ll never do another photo shoot without one.

If I’m being honest though, she’s easier to photograph than the bigger kids. Sof will give me several minutes to get so e good shots, and even takes pretty good directions. This kid loves the camera. Maybe too much? Ha!

I made her shorts with faux buttonholes. The waist has an adjustable elastic waistband. I thought that part would be really hard, but mine turned out great. The instructions will walk you right through it.

They are just like Bella’s shorts, except I used a pink bow and buttons.

Hairbows to match- this is mandatory. This little girl may be the easiest to photograph, but she’s also the most demanding. I predict that we have a diva in training here.

I’ll cover her walls in bows if she wants me to. She’s my heart!

I’m participating in the Flip This Pattern series over at FrancesSuzanne!

The pink buttons send me over the edge. Haha the cuteness! These shorts are perfect for those baby tushies. I just wish I had this pattern for my baby last summer. She’s getting so big already.

Oh my goodness, you niece is adorable. Those shorts you made(!) are adorable. And, thanks for the tip about distracting toddlers with shiny jewelry for a good photo…now, how do you get a 5 year old to cooperate :)

Adorable pics but she is sooo photogenic!! The pink flower back drop is perfect. Great job on the shorts; my favorite part is the contrast color top stitching. Hope you have had a good day!!
