Before Picture: Sewing Room Remodel | SewsNBows

It’s time for my sewing room reveal!

Sewing Room Reveal | SewsNBows

Wow, right?! My handsome hubby has been working hard!

He even had to build a custom thingy to cut the granite on.

Did you guys see it before? We didn’t do all this at once. It’s been a WIP for a while now.

(My sewing room will probably never be this organized again, so lets take some pictures.)

Pasta Jars for Craft Room Storage | SewsNBows

I’m using pasta sauce jars to keep goodies in. I’ll have some organizing tips coming soon. I have a board on Pinterest called “My Craftroom” that has a lot of great tips too.

We painted an old corner plant stand & a few wicker baskets to add color.

Displaying books and magizines in your craft room

I love displaying my favorite sewing book and magazines.

Displaying fabric in your sewing room

Here are some remnants & a few pieces of vintage fabric, and some cute thrifted wall decor.

DIY painted sewing tool caddy

I painted this caddy- it used to be white.

Anyways, I haven’t started sewing yet, because I love the way it looks right now. What should I make first?

Wow, I am positively kelly green with envy! You have an incredible work space! My dining room is my sewing room, currently. I am pinning this to my sewing space organization inspiration board. Congratulations on surviving the construction and hard work that went into it!

That is a beautiful sewing room! I love that you made sure to take pictures while it’s still freshly organized! :) I’m so excited for (and a wee bit jealous of) you. Have you made any plans regarding what you’ll make first? I like to quilt but haven’t done so in ages . . . if I had a space like yours, I would make a quilt first. Thanks for sharing this over at Stress-Free Sunday!
