Tween Style Doll Clothes

Tween Style Doll Clothes

Happy Halloween dear friends! It’s here already, and I didn’t even get to show you the costume I made for Mr. SewsNBows yet. He’s an Indian warrior! I’ll show you at least by Thanksgiving. Pilgrims & Indians, it kind of works! Right? Just agree.

Today, I want to use Halloween as an excuse to play dolls! My daughter and I styled this doll with a cute Halloween Fascinator and spider ring.

Check out the tween style doll clothes! The jeans are made with the LJC skinny jeans pattern. I used printed stretch denim leftover from my nieces Sunki dress. The front and back pockets are functional, and the waist is elasticized so they slip on and off easily.

The tee is made from premium knit fabric. It won’t fade or bleed after washing. It has a lot of stretch, which makes it easy for little hands to dress and undress their doll. It also has good “memory”, which means it doesn’t get all tugged out of shape like lesser quality knits. The cute v-neck is hidden under her green infinity scarf- it’s just the right pop of color for this outfit!

It opens with thin Velcro in the back. (Also note cute back pockets on the jeans!) Tween style doll clothes have tons of style, and lots of details. They look just like the clothes your kid wears.

Do you want some tween style doll clothes? You can win my tee, jeans, and infinity scarf; along with a free American girl of choice and an entire custom made wardrobe with accessories!

This is one of the outfits I donated for the American Girl Mega Giveaway at Diana Rambles. Some amazing doll boutiques and bloggers have teamed up to provide some awesome gear for your dolls. I haven’t made it a secret that I’d really love for one of my readers to win, so head to the giveaway and enter! If you already entered, ENTER AGAIN!! This is amazing! Can you make it human-size because not only would a tween wear it, I would!! Somebody will be so lucky to win this and when Chloe was younger she would have been in heaven – she was obsessed with American Girls. Whenever we traveled, our big adventure was a day at the American Girl store while the guys did sports stuff. Fabulous memories :)
