Flashback 4th of July

Flashback 4th of July

I found these photos the other day. Thought you might like to see how we roll at my house :)

My husbands brother was here last year and helped plan my Fourth of July party. He’s a professional chef. I hope nobody expects fancy food this year. Cuz they’re getting Oscar Meyer weenies.

This turtle is crapping melon balls.

Intex pools are ugly, but they do the job. We had 110 degree days last summer. A whole bunch of them, all in a row.

This looks like an ordinary 3 legged race…

But look again.

Everybody’s running so fast cuz this kids about to pee on them.

Have a safe & wonderful Fourth of July! God Bless our troops!

What a funny post. Glad I didn’t miss it. How lucky to have a professional chef in the family. I love that turtle (and your description of said turtle). I am sure the weenies were a big hit this year. What great pictures!

The turtle and melon balls are priceless.

The party looks like it was so much fun. We are pretty low key here. If I have to go to someones house and fix something – I’m annoyed. I would just rather stay home and sew.

Wonder how I can get out of my commitment.
